Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

You’ll be joining the team in role that is the heart of our operations, fulfilling and shipping orders to our customers. We’re looking for someone that can move lightning fast while having an eye for detail. Our warehouse associate must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization. As the associate it’s expected that you look for ways to improve our shipping and inventory processes. You’ll be responsible for our warehouse operations, inventory counts, and partnering with customer service for returns/replacements. Having great interpersonal and communication skills mixed with a positive attitude will set you up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Pick product, assemble product, and prepare order for shipment

  • Receive and organize all incoming inventory into warehouse

  • Assist in return processing, spare part shipping, and replacement fulfillment

  • Complete routine inventory cycle counts and work with buyer for replenishment

  • Perform quality assurance checks on all incoming inventory to maintain standards

  • Learn and complete basic watch repairs such as battery replacement, clasp swaps

  • Ensure warehouse/shipping area maintains a clean, organized appearance

  • Aid in process improvement by offering suggestions to aid in shipping speed, accuracy

  • Maintain safety standards in warehouse and organize efforts to raise standards

  • Meet or exceed company goals for shipping time and accuracy

  • Work with cross functional teams by providing fulfillment data to aid service improvements and inventory planning

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Extremely detail oriented while working in a fast pace environment

  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere

  • Strong organizational, analytical, self-management, and goal setting skills

  • Ability to follow directions and tasks in a professional and timely manner

  • Dependable and shows up for scheduled work shifts

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required, bachelors degree preferred

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Extremely detail oriented while working in a fast pace environment

  • Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day

  • Ability to lift 40lbs and perform all physical activity needed

  • Ability to work off hours/weekends during peak seasons

  • Job Type: Full-time exempt
